Presenter Guidelines

These guidelines were created to ensure a consistent, high-quality presentation experience for all ICNMD 2026 presenters and delegates.

Oral Presentations

- Oral Abstract Presentation: 10 min + 5 min Q&A 
- Upload or changes until 3 hours before session. Deposit slides in the speaker ready room
- Download the Official Presentation Template
- PowerPoint (.ppt/.pptx), 16:9 widescreen, landscape 
- Minimum font size: 14–16 pt 
- High contrast colour schemes 
- Avoid excessive red text or lines 
- Use visuals over text: diagrams, plots, simulations 
- Disclosure slide is mandatory

Presenters must use the computer provided by the conference centre: it is not possible to present from a personal computer.
Presenters should not rely on internet access during their presentation, so we strongly recommend embedding all fonts and media within the presentation file, to not use Google Slides and should not rely on online materials, media, web pages, live demos, etc.

Tip: Test your slides on a large screen before arrival. 

Your poster dimensions can be maximum A0 size (841 mm WIDE X 1189 mm HIGH), portrait orientation.
Your poster number will be display at the top right of the poster board. Your poster board number will be available to you in June
Be sure to include the abstract title, author and coauthor names, and the institution(s) where research is underway.
New posters displayed daily (July 8, 9, 10). Refer to your acceptance letter and/or the final conference program for the time and location of your poster session and set-up time.
Install: 8:30 – 9:30
Posters can be setup from 7:00am to 10:15am on the assigned date
Posters can be collected between 17:00 and 18:15. The posters not collected after 18:15 will be discarded
