Level sponsors have first choice in selecting booth location, followed by exhibitors on a “first-booked, first-served” basis. No exhibitor may sub-let or share with another exhibitor.

 

Non-Profit Spaces

Exhibitors who are defined as not-for-profit organizations are eligible to receive a reduced rate for a maximum of one (1) tabletop display (4 m2 space with table and 2 chairs). Assignment of space will be confined to a specific area on the floorplan. Non-profit exhibitors do not have the option to choose space in other locations on the exhibit floor at this reduced rate. Additional booths will be charged at the regular booth rate.

As the sponsor of an Industry Symposium, you will:

  • Have the use of a meeting room at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre for the duration of the symposium. You are permitted to hold the meeting at another property; however the same fee applies, and meeting space & AV package will not be available through the Congress Secretariat, but will be at your own expense
  • Receive a basic AV package with projector and screen, microphone at the podium, audience microphones, and a head table with microphones
  • Be listed on the Congress website and in the onsite program, with symposium description and hyperlink to company’s own event page (if desired)
  • Include a complimentary delegate bag insert promoting your symposium (supplied by Sponsor; insert to be approved by Congress Secretariat)
  • Be listed in a summary e-blast highlighting all symposia, sent through the Congress Secretariat to all registered delegates prior to the Congress

Important Information:

  • Prices above do not include food and beverage; food and beverage can be ordered from the official catering provider via the Congress Secretariat
  • Only basic AV is included. Additional AV equipment can be ordered from the official AV supplier via the Congress Secretariat

The Sponsor must provide the symposium program as well as presentation slides to the Congress Secretariat, for approval by the Organizing Committee, closer to the Congress dates. Details will be communicated in the next few months.

While CME accreditation is *not mandatory* for Industry-Supported Symposia, sponsors are welcome to seek accreditation of their symposium on their own.

In any case, the information discussed must be presented in an objective, balanced and scientifically rigorous manner. The content and format of the symposium or its related materials must promote improvements or quality in healthcare and not a specific proprietary business interest or a commercial interest. Titles must be indicative of the program topics.

Volunteers are necessary to ensure the Congress runs smoothly. All volunteers wear shirts for clear identification.

The Delegate Help Desk will be located within the registration area at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre. Multilingual staff will be available to assist delegates with any questions they may have regarding the Congress, the Scientific Program, or Perth.

Abstracts accepted for poster presentations will be displayed on poster boards in the Exhibit Hall. Presenters will be present twice daily during both refreshment breaks to answer questions and discuss their research with delegates.

As the sponsor of the Poster Session, you will:

The Onsite Mobile App will be provided to delegates free of charge and will be available for most iOS and Android mobile devices. This item is only available to Diamond Level sponsors.

The mobile app will include the full scientific program, the exhibit floorplan including exhibitor biographies, and general Congress, venue and local information. Timely updates about any onsite program changes or important announcements will be sent through the app via notification alerts.

As the exclusive sponsor of the Onsite Mobile App, you will:

  • Have the opportunity to have one (1) pinned promoted message and one (1) push notification per day

Hotel Accommodation: Book Official!

The Congress Secretariat (International Conference Services, Ltd.) is the official housing bureau and will coordinate housing for the ICNMD 2024 Congress. Discounted room rates have been negotiated for delegates and groups. All sponsors and exhibitors are asked to support the Congress by booking accommodations via the official housing bureau.
