The exhibition is a vital part of the ICNMD 2022 Congress. Every effort will be made to ensure that all exhibitors receive prime exposure and direct marketing opportunities with key players and decision makers in the field. Efforts include but are not limited to:

  • Morning and afternoon networking breaks in the Exhibit Hall on all Congress days
  • Charging lounge and poster presentations in the Exhibit Hall

Level sponsors have first choice in selecting booth location, followed by exhibitors on a “first-booked, first-served” basis. No exhibitor may sub-let or share with another exhibitor.

Non-Profit Spaces

Exhibitors who are defined as not-for-profit organizations are eligible to receive a reduced rate for a maximum of one (1) tabletop display (4 m2 space with table and 2 chairs). Assignment of space will be confined to a specific area on the floorplan. Not-for-profit exhibitors do not have the option to choose space in other locations on the exhibit floor at this reduced rate. Additional booths will be charged at the regular booth rate.

As the sponsor of an Industry Symposium, you will:

  • Have the use of a meeting room at the SQUARE - Brussels Convention Centre for the duration of the symposium. You are permitted to hold the meeting at another property; however, the same fee applies and meeting space and AV package will not be available through the Congress Secretariat, but will be at your own expense
  • Receive a basic AV package with projector and screen, microphone at the podium, audience microphones, and a head table with microphones
  • Be listed on the Congress website and in the onsite program, with symposium description and hyperlink to company’s own event page (if desired)
  • Have the opportunity to include a complimentary delegate bag insert promoting your symposium (supplied by Sponsor; insert to be approved by Congress Secretariat)
  • Be listed in a summary e-blast highlighting all symposia, sent to all registered delegates prior to the Congress (sent through Congress Secretariat)

 

Important Information:

  • Prices above do not include food and beverage; food and beverage can be ordered through the Congress Secretariat
  • Only basic AV is included. Additional AV equipment can be ordered from the official AV supplier via the Congress Secretariat

In order to enhance the scientific program, the Sponsor must provide the symposium program as well as presentation slides to the Congress Secretariat and Organizing Committee for approval, closer to the Congress dates. Details will be communicated in the next few months.

While CME accreditation is *not mandatory* for Industry-Supported Symposia, sponsors are welcome to seek accreditation of their own symposium on their own. In any case, the information discussed must be presented in an objective, balanced and scientifically rigorous manner. The content and format of the symposium or its related materials must promote improvements or quality in healthcare and not a specific proprietary business interest or a commercial interest. Titles must be indicative of the program topics.

Limited meeting/office space is available at the SQUARE - Brussels Convention Centre for you to host reviews, hospitality suites, staff offices, press rooms, etc.

The office/meeting space comes with basic AV package, including projector and screen.

 Delegate Bag Insert EUR 5,000 each
A one-page flyer or brochure of educational value will be included in each delegate bag, with prior approval from the Congress Secretariat.

Production and shipping costs are the responsibility of the Sponsor.

Delegate Help Desk (Exclusive) EUR 8,000 - SOLD
The Delegate Help Desk will be located within the registration area at the SQUARE - Brussels Convention Centre. Multilingual staff will be available to assist delegates with any questions they may have regarding the Congress, the Scientific Program, or Brussels.

As the exclusive sponsor of the Delegate Help Desk, you will have the desk branded with your logo or custom design.

 Volunteer Shirts (Exclusive) EUR 8,000 - SOLD
Volunteers are necessary to ensure the Congress runs smoothly. All volunteers wear shirts for clear identification.

As the exclusive sponsor of the Volunteer Shirts, you will have your logo on the shirts along with the Congress logo.

Water Stations (Exclusive) EUR 10,000 - SOLD
Water stations will be provided throughout the SQUARE - Brussels Convention Centre to provide delegates a quick refresh as they move about all day.

Poster Session (Exclusive or per day, still TBD) EUR 10,000 - SOLD
Abstracts accepted for poster presentations will be displayed on electronic boards throughout the Convention Centre. Presenters will be present twice daily during both refreshment breaks to answer questions and discuss their research with delegates.

As the sponsor of the Poster Session, you will:

  • Have the opportunity to position one or more custom free-standing banner(s) around the Poster boards (banner(s) supplied by Sponsor; maximum size 3’ x 5’)

Charging Lounge (Exclusive) EUR 15,000 - SOLD
The Charging Lounge will allow attendees to power up their mobile phones, tablets, laptops, and other electronic devices for free. This lounge will be in high demand and can be placed in the Exhibit Hall near your booth.

As the exclusive sponsor of the Charging Lounge, you will:

The Welcome Reception is the official opening of the Congress, providing delegates and exhibitors with the opportunity to mix and mingle, and increase professional connections.

Onsite Mobile App (Exclusive to Diamond sponsors) EUR 35,000 - SOLD
The Onsite Mobile App will be provided to delegates free of charge and will be available for most iOS and Android mobile devices. The mobile app will include the full scientific program, the exhibit floorplan including exhibitor biographies, and general Congress, venue and local information. Timely updates about any onsite program changes or important announcements will be sent through the app via notification alerts.

As the exclusive sponsor of the Onsite Mobile App, you will:

  • Have your logo and 50-word write-up displayed in a Sponsored App Section
  • Have the opportunity to have one (1) pinned promoted message and one (1) push notification per day

Hotel Accommodation: Book Official!

The Congress Secretariat (International Conference Services, Ltd.) is the official housing bureau for the ICNMD 2022 Congress and will coordinate housing for the Congress. Discounted room rates have been negotiated for delegates and groups. All sponsors and exhibitors are asked to support the Congress by booking accommodations via the official Housing Bureau.
